Our machines use advanced age-verification technology and are installed only in age-restricted or controlled environments. Every transaction is verified before purchase.

What if the machine loses internet connection?

The machine continues processing transactions via cellular backup. Inventory and sales data are stored securely and synced once connectivity is restored.

Who is responsible for restocking and maintenance?

We handle all servicing, restocking, compliance checks, and support. Your staff doesn’t need to manage or monitor the machine.

Is it legal to sell nicotine products in a vending machine?

At Parish Vending, compliance is our top priority. We work closely with venue owners and regulatory guidance to ensure every machine placement follows all federal, state, and local laws. Our systems and operating procedures are designed to help ensure that sales occur only in appropriate adult-only environments and in accordance with all applicable regulations.

My card was charged but I didn’t receive my product.

Occasionally a payment may authorize before a vend completes.

If the item did not dispense, contact support using the number on the machine with the date/time and last four digits of your card for a quick refund.

The machine says my ID cannot be verified.

Ensure your ID is valid, not expired, and the scan area is clean and well lit. If verification still fails, contact support for assistance.

The machine is out of stock.

We monitor inventory remotely and restock regularly. If you need a specific product, scan the QR code on the machine to request it.

The machine is not working.

Please contact support using the number on the machine and include the machine location. We monitor machines remotely and will resolve issues quickly.
